Listen to songbirds, crashing surf, and cooling trade winds rustling through the coconut trees. Hike, explore tide pools and relax on a deserted beach.

The cathedral ceiling gives this studio an expansive feel. Large sliding lanai doors give a grand indoor-outdoor feel. Large fan for days when the trade winds back off. Dining table on the lanai and inside studio each with two cushioned seats. Full-size bed and futon couch with minimalist furnishings and art. Blackout curtains if you desire.
Fully equipped kitchenette with fridge, stove, microwave, and everything you need to cook or BBQ. Coffee maker (local coffee included), utensils, assorted seasonings, cooking oils, etc.
Fast Wi-Fi for streaming your favorite multimedia or for those who unfortunately might have to work. USB plugs are located in several convenient locations for hassle-free charging of devices. Bluetooth/FM/CD player (CDs and any board games on a small nightstand under stereo). Remodeled bathroom and fresh paint throughout the studio. There are beach chairs/towels, and small coolers.
Soap dispensers for kitchen, bathroom sink, and one mounted in shower with organic body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. There is a closet with hangers and open shelving. Cleaning supplies and extra toiletries.
Onsight laundry facilities and sundries store open daily with assorted basic goods. Ample parking fronting unit and on-sight security and property manager.
Other things to note
There is a staircase leading to the second-floor entrance of the studio. The handicap stall is located directly in front of the unit. Comfort height toilet and shower surround with bathtub as a base.
NO SMOKING ALLOWED IN UNIT or on resort grounds.
Only two guests may reside in the studio, violation of this rule will result in the immediate termination of your stay and the loss of booking fees.
Loss of your deposit will occur if deep cleaning is required for any of the following reasons: Foul odors from the freezer/fridge. Excessive cooking oil mess or odor (typically from fish oils).Any hint of Cigarette smoke.
Do not leave bait, seafood, wild game, or non-food items in the fridge/freezer. If cooking with oils tenant must clean any residue or splatter.
Furniture is not allowed outside of the unit.
The loft space is not to be accessed for any reason. The space is used to store maintenance and personal items.
Resort rules are posted in the unit information binder. Review binder and understand all emergency procedures.
