The spacious floor plan includes a downstairs master bedroom suite with king bed and luxury spa-like bath. Just off the master is a large living room with a queen-sized sofa pull-out that opens to the downstairs lanai, leading to the lawn and golf course. Guests enjoy the extra space offered by the downstairs retreat. There is also a downstairs twin-bedded guest room (may convert to King upon request) and laundry area. Upstairs leads to the open "Great Room" with soaring high ceilings, and commanding views of the golf course and ocean beyond. The additional upstairs guest room also consists of a King-bed configuration and there is a full bath just off the hallway to the bedroom. A second lanai off the living area brings the outdoor in, allowing for open-air, tropical living conditions.
The kitchen is completely stocked with everything needed to enjoy the conveniences of home while this location is just minutes away from the fabulous amenity facilities and restaurants of the Four Seasons Resort Hualalai.

Four Seasons Resort Access:
Guests at this villa will have access to the Four Seasons Hualalai Resort (Optional). A Daily Resort Guest Fee per person, per day will apply and be payable directly to the resort. The Daily Resort Guest Fee ranges from $65 - $200 + tax for guests ages 14 & up and $32.50 - $100 + tax for guest ages 5-13. During the festive season, the Daily Resort Guest Fee is $200 + tax for guests ages 14 & up, and $100.00 + tax for guests ages 5-13. This daily fee includes access to the sports club, spa, golf course, beach and pool services, all resort restaurants (with the exception of members-only restaurant), ocean activity center, tennis club, kids club, and a resort-wide charge card and account. Note this fee is subject to change without notice and some restrictions may apply; additional fees apply as appropriate.

Hualalai Resort Daily Access Guest Fees

THE FOLLOWING APPLIES TO GUESTS OF HUALALAI RESORT ONLY:

DAILY RESORT GUEST FEE - IMPORTANT NOTE: The Daily Resort Guest Fee is separate from the total stated in this Rental Agreement and is paid directly to the Four Seasons Resort Hualalai

a. DAILY RESORT GUEST FEE

Hualalai Resort requires guests to register with the Club Concierge.  The Club charges an optional Daily Resort Guest Fee for those guests wishing to utilize the Hualalai Club Facilities. RATES ARE SEASONAL, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN “RESTRICTIONS” AND SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.  Please call Hualalai at (808) 325-8453 for additional information.

Payment of the fee and compliance with the Resort’s policies provides for the following privileges at the Resort (additional fees apply as appropriate):

Alaka’i Nalu (Ocean Activity Center)

Hualalai Championship Golf Course (Nicklaus Course only)

Hualalai Resort Sports Club & Hualalai Spa

Hualalai Tennis Club

Resort Restaurants with the exception of Member-only venues (Canoe Club & Ke’olu)

Kids for All Seasons children’s program (additional fees apply)

The Four Seasons Hualalai beach and pool services (subject to restrictions)

Hualalai Resort Club Concierge Services, a resort-wide charge account and charge

Booking Restrictions During Festive (December 18, 2022-January 4, 2023), Peak of Peak (March 16-April 17, 2022), and Peak (January 4-March 15, June 26-August 20, November 20-November 28, 2022) Seasons:

Dining & Activity Reservation Policy: Dining and activity requests can be made with Club Concierge up to two weeks prior to the start of the resort access dates provided Club Concierge's forms have been completed.

Chaise Lounge Policy applies: Chaise lounges on the pool decks may be reserved for registered guests of the Four Seasons Hotel and Hualalai Club Members only. Chaises for residential and rental guests will be available on the lawns and on the beaches, as directed by pool staff.

b. GOLF CARTS

The Guest(s) will have use of the golf cart(s) located in the enclosed garage during occupancy.  The golf cart(s) may be used only within the Hualalai Resort on golf cart pathways, and they are not licensed for general road use.  The Guest(s) is/are responsible for the proper use, care, supervision, and safekeeping of the carts during occupancy.  Under no circumstances will the Guest(s) allow any person who does not possess a valid United States driver's license to drive a golf cart. During occupancy, the Guest(s) agrees/agree to be fully responsible for any and all damage to the carts, and further agrees/agree to be fully responsible for any and all damages, injuries (including death), and other liability that results from anyone's use of the carts regardless of who was driving the carts at the time that any damage, injuries, death, or other liability occurs. This responsibility also extends to fines and other penalties that might be imposed on owner(s) or agent(s) by the Hualalai Resort for the improper use of golf carts by Permitted Guests(s) or their invitees, employees or assigns.

During occupancy, Guest(s) agrees/agree to maintain a comprehensive general and automobile liability insurance policy covering bodily injury, including death, and property damage arising from the use of the cart(s).  The golf cart(s) should be recharged overnight, every night, and whenever the battery indicator shows a low battery condition. The chargers are located inside the enclosed garage.

c. GOLF COURSE MAINTENANCE & OTHER EVENTS

Please note that certain golf course maintenance procedures are performed three times annually for optimal health of the fairways and greens.  A process of green aerification and fairway verti-cutting is scheduled for late May and mid September each year and while the course remains open for play, conditions are not the best for a few weeks.  If you are traveling close to this time and golf is a part of your plans, please call the Hualalai Club Shop at 808-325-8480 for more specific information.

Special Events/Exclusive Groups that affect and may limit access to amenities:

A few times a year, Hualalai Resort hosts events that limit access to amenities to include dining, pool availability, etc. Those events are normally but not limited to:

January - Mitsubishi Electric Championship hosted by PGA Tour (Annually, 3rd Week of January) - Hualalai Golf Course is closed to tournament play only this week!

The week following Thanksgiving - Chairman's Club is a Private, Resort-Wide Event.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations received prior to the 60th day before the check-in date, are subject to a penalty equal to the amount of the rental deposit.

On the 60th day before the check-in date; the deposit and any other funds paid toward the total balance become non-refundable. This means that if a reservation is canceled 60 or fewer days before the check-in date, then the deposit and any other funds paid toward the total balance will not be returned and will be considered compensation for the time and administrative expenses incurred, and for the inconvenience, damages, and losses caused by such cancellation. This does not apply to security deposits, and, or cleaning fees which will be refunded.

If the total balance is not paid when due, the Agent or the Owner may cancel the booking at any time thereafter upon written notice to the Principal Guest(s), which will result in a Guest incurred Cancellation and loss of all monies received.

To protect your vacation, Cancellation Insurance is highly recommended. If you have not purchased Travel Insurance, or if you would like more information regarding the option to safeguard your vacation, you will have the opportunity to review and purchase a policy at the end of this Reservation Request.
Vacation Rental Insurance reimburses for pre-paid, non-refundable expenses due to certain unforeseeable circumstances that may jeopardize your vacation investment and force you to incur unplanned expenses. We strongly recommend you purchase this valuable protection.

Should the agent be unable to fulfill the terms of the agreement due to local ordinances, this agreement may be terminated with no damages to either party.

All cancellations will be subject to an administrative fee of $150, and credit card processing fees if applicable.

Deposit Policy

PAYMENT OF DEPOSITS
The rental deposit shall be paid at the time of execution and delivery of this Agreement to the Agent and will be applied towards the total rent.
