TA-191-501-7728-01 Offering 2 separate living spaces, this classic Lanikai Beach House rests on one of the
most pristine areas of Oahu. Guests enjoy direct beach access from the oceanfront lanai,
just off the main living area of the home with an unobstructed view of the popular Mokulua
Islands. At low tide, there is ample sandy shoreline to safely enter the turquoise waters of
Lanikai. The main house includes a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 family rooms, 1 guest room,
and a bonus room on the first level, with 2 spacious guest rooms and 1 bath on the second
floor. A separate guest cottage sits just across an interior courtyard offering a studio with
a queen-size bed, kitchenette, and private bath. The home is fully furnished with quality linens,
bath amenities, beach towels & chairs, boogie boards, and more. The shops and restaurants
of Kailua Town are a short 5-minute drive while area hiking includes the popular
"pillbox" trail. The 1/2 mile stretch of sugary-white sand, Lanikai Beach is a short walk away.
Please note; there is a separate studio/cottage with private entry located at the front of this
property (not intrusive to rental guests) that is rented separately to a long-term guest. There
are 2 on-property parking spaces available to rental guests.
This Property is professionally managed and is a legally established rental accommodation that is rented for periods of
30 consecutive days or more at any one time. It is compliant with Hawaii State Legislation (HB2078) and is available to
lease from 1 to 6 months TA-191-501-7728-01. Rates quoted are subject to change until confirmed with a formalized Rental Agreement.Â
Please Note: Bill 41 would move 30-day minimum stays at non-TVU licensed homes to a 30-day minimum stay requirement. We do not know if this bill will pass however I do want to bring this to your attention as this is something that is currently being worked on and it could affect future reservations if passed.
If Bill 41 passes and a 30-day minimum (or longer) goes into effect, your reservation will be canceled and you will receive a refund. Our contracts currently state the following;Â
"LOCAL ORDINANCE
Should the agent be unable to fulfill the terms of the agreement due to local ordinance, this agreement may be terminated with no damages to either party."Â
