Please Note: Bill 41 would move 30-day minimum stays at non-TVU licensed homes to a 90-day minimum stay requirement. We do not know if this bill will pass however I do want to bring this to your attention as this is something that is currently being worked on and it could possibly affect future reservations if passed.
If Bill 41 passes and a 90-day minimum (or longer) goes into effect, your reservation would be canceled and you would receive a refund. Our contracts currently state the following;Â
