As of September 8, 2024, the neighboring construction site is in its final stages. With just some final painting and landscaping remaining, the interior work, including electrical fixtures and cabinetry, is nearly complete.
We expect the construction to be finished within the next 30 days, including the installation of a fence between our properties. While we strive to ensure a peaceful and enjoyable stay for our guests, please note that some noise and activity may still occur as the finishing touches are applied. However, these impacts should be minimal as the project nears completion.
While we have provided the current information regarding the neighboring construction project, please understand that timelines and potential disruptions may occure, as these factors are beyond our control. We will continue to monitor the situation and provide updates as available, although some unforeseen impacts may occur. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility.
