Kapalua Bay Residence 6401 is a three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath residence in Building 6 at The Resort at Kapalua Bay, the beachfront resort on West Maui known as Montage Kapalua Bay. Dark-stained hardwood floors, tray ceilings and floor-to-ceiling Nano glass doors open the living room to the ocean, and the large lanai has seating for ten, tropical landscaping and a built-in Viking grill for sunset dinners.
The gourmet kitchen has Viking appliances and a granite breakfast bar, with formal dining for six opening to the lanai. The primary suite has a King bed, its own ocean-view lanai and a spa bath with a jetted tub; the second suite has a King bed with garden views, and the third bedroom has two Queen beds. Families get a Pack ’n Play, booster seat and beach toys, and the resort adds housekeeping and turndown every second day. Stays of six nights or more include a complimentary rental car (you pay only the $15 airport tax), except for arrivals between December 15 and 31, 2026.
