A historic Lanikai beach house with room for everyone
Walker’s Lanikai Beach House is a classic coastal retreat in Lanikai, on Oʻahu’s windward shore. The main house has three bedrooms, a kitchen and a spacious great room. Off the entry courtyard, the guest cottage has its own entrance, a queen bedroom and a small parlor with a kitchenette, and the “boathouse” above the garage adds another private space with a living room, kitchen, bathroom and lanai.
Lanikai Beach’s soft white sand is a short walk away through the public beach access one property to the south. The home was built by the family of John Walker, a Scottish-born Honolulu contractor who arrived in Hawaiʻi in the 1870s; read more in The Legacy of John Walker.
