Makani Moana, “ocean breeze,” sits on a hill in Lanikai overlooking the Mokulua Islands, with cool trade winds and wide views of the turquoise water below. Two expansive lanais are made for relaxing, whale watching, dining outdoors or a cup of coffee at sunrise. The home is at the end of a quiet lane, wrapped in lush tropical landscaping.
The main floor has an open living room, kitchen and dining room that look straight out to the ocean, under vaulted wood ceilings. It also has a media room, a half bath and a queen bedroom with its own bath. Upstairs are the primary suite with a private ocean-view lanai, a queen bedroom, a twin bedroom and a full bath. The ground level has a large covered lanai for barbecues and a private outdoor shower. Every bedroom has split air conditioning, and the home sleeps up to 8 guests.
