Fairway Villa 104D is an upper-level villa overlooking the 15th tee of the Hualālai golf course, with views of Mauna Kea, the island of Maui and the ocean horizon. It was designed by Honolulu architect Warren Sunnland, with two king bedrooms, two full baths and open kitchen, living and dining areas.
The large covered lanai works for meals and lounging from morning to evening. The Waiulu community pool is across the driveway, and the two golf carts reach the beach in about 3 minutes. The Hualālai Trading Company and the Four Seasons are close by.
