A penthouse close to the Four Seasons
Hillside Villa 7200 is a newly renovated penthouse in the Hillside Villas neighborhood at Hualālai, a short distance from the Four Seasons. The open living room has wide pocket doors to a covered lanai with views across the fairways to the ocean, and the kitchen and dining area have warm wood, stone counters and ocean views.
The primary suite has a king bed, a sitting area and a bath with tub and shower. The second bedroom has a king and its own bath, and the third has a California king Murphy bed. The Hillside community pool is right across the way, and two four-passenger golf carts are ready for the beach, the restaurants and the Residents’ Beach House.
