Palm Villa 140B sits on the 15th hole of the Jack Nicklaus course on Waiulu Street, with nearly 3,000 square feet inside. Vaulted ceilings and large view windows fill the open great room upstairs with light, and a separate living room downstairs gives everyone a place to retreat.
Three lanai add even more room, including a big covered space off a manicured lawn and an ocean-view terrace upstairs. A recent renovation brought new flooring, paint, furnishings and art. Two golf carts reach the Sports Club & Spa, the golf club, four restaurants and the hotel in a few minutes.
