From the front lanai you watch the sun rise over Kailua Bay, the Koʻolau Range and the offshore islands, and a manicured oceanfront lawn with swaying palms leads down to the water.
Inside, a large open floor plan catches the ocean breezes. All four bedrooms have en-suite baths, with a pull-out sofa in the living room for extra guests, and the kitchen is fully equipped for a family feast. Swimming, bodysurfing, paddling and fishing start right from the backyard.
