Step off the lanai and onto Lanikai Beach
Built in 1936, Lanikai Moku Iki is a two-story beach house set right on the sand along Mokulua Drive. The main living area opens onto an oceanfront lanai with nothing between you and the Mokulua Islands, and on clear mornings the sun rises just behind them. Downstairs are the full kitchen, two family rooms, a guest room and a bonus room. Upstairs, two roomy guest rooms share a bath.
Across a private courtyard, the ohana unit is the fifth bedroom, with its own queen bed, kitchenette, full bath and separate entrance, which suits extended family or anyone who wants a quiet place to work. The house is set up for a month or longer, stocked with good linens and bath amenities, beach chairs, towels and boogie boards. Split air-conditioning keeps it cool all year, the Wi-Fi runs at 250+ Mbps, and the gated driveway fits 3 to 4 cars.

Moku Iki is a monthly home. It is professionally managed and licensed for stays of 30 nights or longer under Hawaiʻi’s HB2078 rules, and can be leased for one to six months. Your rate is set once your rental agreement is confirmed.

- Cancellation Cancel more than 60 days before check-in and there is no cancellation fee, except any credit card fee charged on the deposit. Starting 60 days before check-in, the deposit and any other payments toward the balance are non-refundable. During the Festive Season, this deadline moves to 90 days before check-in. If the balance is not paid when due, the booking may be cancelled with written notice.

Yes, 30 nights. Moku Iki is a monthly rental, and stays of one to six months are welcome. It is a legally established 30-night rental under Hawaiʻi’s HB2078, TAT license TA-196-087-1424-01.
How many guests can stay at Lanikai Moku Iki?
Lanikai Moku Iki sleeps up to 10 guests across five bedrooms: a king, two queens and a twin in the main house, and a queen in the separate ohana unit across the courtyard, which has its own full bath. Pets are not allowed.
What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.
