The main house has three bedrooms and two baths overlooking the lawn, beach and ocean, with two sun decks for casual dining. The detached two-bedroom, one-bath guest cottage sits next door with its own entrance, living area and modern kitchen. Both homes were recently remodeled, are fully air-conditioned and are ideal for extended families of 8 to 12 guests.

Starting 60 days before check-in, the deposit and any other payments toward the balance are non-refundable. During the Festive Season, this deadline moves to 90 days before check-in. If the balance is not paid when due, the booking may be cancelled with written notice.
