Haliʻipua Villas are the newest villas at Hualālai, and 104 was fully renovated in 2023 with a new kitchen, flooring, furnishings and fixtures. All three bedrooms are on the ground level, each with its own bath and an ocean-view lanai. A bonus family room downstairs opens to a tropical garden.
Upstairs, the great room has high vaulted ceilings, an open kitchen and a large covered lanai facing the ocean and the sunset, with Hualālai and Mauna Kea in the mountain windows. The lanai has a built-in kitchen and barbecue. Two golf carts reach the Sports Club & Spa and the Four Seasons in a few minutes.
