Kaulu Villa 129C is a two-story villa on the 4th fairway of the Nicklaus course, close to the Four Seasons pools and the Sports Club & Spa. The owners turned the downstairs living area into a fourth bedroom, so there are four king bedrooms for larger families.
The main living area, kitchen and one bedroom are upstairs, and both levels look out over the golf course, the ocean and the mountains. Two lanai give you room for meals and Big Island sunsets. Two golf carts are included, and the beach is a few minutes away.
