Oahu Golf Courses
A local guide to 25 Oʻahu golf courses, from rainforest fairways minutes from Lanikai to North Shore resort links.
Oʻahu golf ranges from dramatic Koʻolau mountain courses and city-run municipal layouts to championship resort golf on the North Shore and the ʻEwa plain. Several of the island’s most scenic rounds are on the Windward side, a short drive from Lanikai and Kailua. This guide brings 25 Oahu golf courses together in one place, with public, resort and municipal golf options, plus phone numbers and directions. Use the Oahu golf map to see where each course sits, then filter by access or region to narrow the list. For more trip planning, see our Explore Kailua & Lanikai guide and Kailua restaurants guide.
Access key: Public · Resort · Municipal (City & County of Honolulu) · Semi-private · Private. Green fees, tee-time policies, twilight rates and course conditions change often, so confirm details and book directly with each course before you go.

Staying Near Oahu Golf
Royal Hawaiian Golf Club, Olomana Golf Links, Pali Golf Course and Bay View Golf Course are all a short drive from our homes. Our Lanikai and Kailua beachfront vacation rentals make it easy to tee off early and still spend the afternoon at the beach. For example, Kailua Kai and Hale Oahu Estate sit right on Kailua Beach. Meanwhile, Longs at Lanikai is minutes from the Windward courses. Between rounds, read about Lanikai Beach, Kailua Beach and the Mokulua Islands.
More Oahu Golf Tips
Windward courses are green for a reason, so pack a light rain layer for passing showers over the Koʻolau. City courses book through the City & County of Honolulu’s online reservation system, and non-residents can register when they make a reservation. In addition, private clubs such as Mid-Pacific Country Club require a member invitation. Finally, check each course’s website for current rates, dress codes and rental clubs before you go.
